Q1. What products do you offer, and which markets are they suitable for?

A1. We are a manufacturer specializing in integrated eco-friendly glass bottle systems. Our product lines include: self-circulating eco glass bottle systems; replaceable functional modules (filters, lighting, pumps, substrates, etc.); eco consumables and accessories. Our products are suitable for: retail stores; gift shops; pet & aquarium shops; gardening and lifestyle stores; e-commerce sellers.

Q2. How can we become your distributor or wholesale partner?

A2. Please submit the following information in the service section above: name, email, phone number, country, company name & business scope, sales channels (offline / online), expected purchase volume, geographic coverage area. Our sales team will respond within 24–48 hours.

Q3. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A3. Sample order: 1–10 sets. Initial wholesale order: typically 50–200 sets, depending on your region. OEM/ODM orders: MOQ varies based on customization requirements and module selection.

Q4. Do you offer a regional protection policy?

A4. Yes, we provide regional exclusivity for authorized partners. This includes: one exclusive agent per city/region. Protected pricing structure, no additional distributors will be developed within your authorized territory. This ensures a stable competitive environment and long-term growth for our partners.

Q5. Can the system modules be replaced individually?

A5. Absolutely. Our products use a fully modular design, allowing each component to be replaced or upgraded individually: LED top light, water pump, filter module, air pump, glass bottle body, heating system, substrate & eco consumables. Distributors may mix and match modules within one order for more flexible inventory management.

Q6. Do you offer OEM/ODM services?

A6.Yes. We support a full range of customization services: custom glass bottle shapes, logo customization, packaging customization, tailored ecosystem configurations (plants, decorations, filtration systems, etc.).

Q7. Can you provide samples for testing?

A7. Yes. For partners with long-term cooperation intentions: discounted sample pricing. Sample fees can be refunded once wholesale orders reach a certain amount.

Q8. Can wholesale customers mix different product combinations?

A8. Yes, we allow: Mixed wholesale orders, Free combination of modules, Glass bottle + lighting + filtration bundle kits, flexible inventory options to reduce stock pressure.
